The Registrar office plays his part as a regulator within the college, assisting in the interpretation and application of Regulations and other rules and guidelines. These help everyone to know where they are, and ensure fair treatment for all. The office shares with many other parts of the college a balancing function in relation to these rights and responsibilities. The Registrar’s office is responsible to facilitate the academic experience of students enrolled in the college, from the time of registration to graduation. It also helps to enforce and implement academic and administrative policies; as well as provides assistance in the development of, and modifications to, such policies and procedures that will best serve the college community. The registrar office takes the responsibility of being guardian and custodian of all students’ academic and personal data.

• To ensure data’s availability to relevant authorities, and uphold academic policy and procedures in a professional yet friendly environment.
Aim
• The Registrar Office aims to make its processes and procedures simple and clear, in an environment that is Professional yet friendly and conducive to learning.
Responsibilities
• Once a student is enrolled into college, a file is developed of each student comprising of student’s admission form, their all attached academic and personal documents. Academic documents in each file are attested by issuing bodies. Maintenance and safekeeping of all such record comes under the responsibilities of the registrar's office.
• The Registrar Office also takes the responsibility to record and communicate all academic decisions regarding policy taken in meetings of Authorities.
• Changes made in different Programmes and their Courses are also recorded, communicated and implemented by the Registrar Office.
